Gestalten Sie die Transformation der Fertigung

Bei Kelvion gestalten Sie aktiv die Zukunft unserer Fertigungs- und Lagerprozesse mit und treiben unsere SAP S/4HANA-Transformation voran.

In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Bereichen Fertigung, Qualität und Supply Chain agieren Sie als vertrauenswürdiger Business Partner, analysieren Prozesse, identifizieren Verbesserungspotenziale und treiben digitale Transformationsinitiativen in unserem globalen Produktionsnetzwerk voran.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Betreuung der SAP Logistik Module mit dem Schwerpunkt PP, sowie der angrenzenden Schnittstellen
  • Ganzheitliche Beratung der internationalen und zentralen Fachbereiche zur Weiterentwicklung der Produktionsplanungs- und Produktionssteuerungsprozesse
  • Anpassung, Konfiguration und Weiterentwicklung mittels Customizing in SAP PP in SAP ERP R/3 sowie S/4 HANA Systemen sowie Dokumentation dieser
  • Schnittstellenbildung zu relevanten anderen SAP Modulen wie z.B. SAP-SD, SAP-MM, SAP-QM, sowie anderen Kern Anwendungen wie MES.
  • Durchführung von komplexen Ist-Analysen und Erstellung von Soll-Konzepten
  • Länderübergreifende Template-Gestaltung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den angrenzenden Fachbereichen sowie Key-Usern
  • Durchführung und Qualitätssicherung von Customizing für Korrekturen, Changes und in Projekten
  • Organisation und Durchführung von SAP-Anwenderschulungen und SAP-Tests mit Key-Usern und Fachbereichen
  • Konzeption von innovativen Lösungsansätzen für bestehende oder neue fachliche Anforderungen
  • Erstellung fachlicher Lösungskonzepte und deren Implementierung im Zuge von SAP-Rollouts sowie kontinuierlicher Optimierung der vorhandenen Implementierungen und Prozessen
  • Mitarbeit oder Projekt(teil)-Leitung bei unternehmensweiten Projekten im SAP-Umfeld
  • Projektbezogene Steuerung und Kontrolle von externen Partnern
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung / Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Logistik-/Projekterfahrung auf Unternehmens- oder Dienstleisterseite in den genannten Bereichen sowie fachlich fundierte Kenntnisse betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse, insbesondere in der diskreten Fertigung
  • Gute R/3 und SAP S/4 Kenntnisse im Produktions- und Logistikbereich
  • Gute Customizing-Erfahrung im SAP PP, wünschenswert weitere Erfahrung in mindestens einem der Logistik Module wie z.B. SAP-QM/WM/MM
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Variantenkonfiguration mit LOVC oder AVC
  • Zuverlässiges, systematisches und serviceorientiertes Arbeiten
  • Rollout Erfahrung Greenfield / Brownfield im R/3 oder S/4 HANA-Umfeld
  • Eigeninitiative, Engagement, Zielorientierung, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie Team– und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Gutes Prozessverständnis und die Fähigkeit, Prozesse strukturiert und verständlich zu visualisieren
  • Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Job Description

Drive Manufacturing Transformation

At Kelvion, you will help shape the future of our manufacturing and warehouse operations as we advance our SAP S/4HANA transformation.

Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will act as a trusted business partner, analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving digital transformation initiatives across our global operations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and maintenance of SAP logistics modules, with a focus on PP, as well as the related interfaces
  • End-to-end consulting for international and central business departments to further develop production planning and production control processes
  • Adaptation, configuration, and further development through Customizing in SAP PP within SAP ERP R/3 and S/4HANA systems, including the corresponding documentation
  • Development of interfaces to other relevant SAP modules, such as SAP SD, SAP MM, and SAP QM, as well as to other core applications such as MES
  • Conducting complex as-is analyses and developing to-be concepts
  • Design of cross-country templates
  • Close collaboration with related business departments and key users
  • Execution and quality assurance of Customizing activities for corrections, changes, and projects
  • Organization and delivery of SAP user training and SAP tests with key users and business departments
  • Development of innovative solution approaches for existing or new business requirements
  • Preparation of functional solution concepts and their implementation as part of SAP rollouts, as well as continuous optimization of existing implementations and processes
  • Contribution to or management of projects or subprojects within company-wide SAP initiatives
  • Project-related management and oversight of external partners
  • Analysis and resolution of incidents

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed vocational training or university degree in business administration, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of logistics and project experience in a corporate or consulting environment within the areas mentioned, together with sound knowledge of business processes, particularly in discrete manufacturing
  • Good knowledge of R/3 and SAP S/4HANA in production and logistics
  • Good SAP PP Customizing experience; additional experience in at least one logistics module, such as SAP QM, WM, or MM, is desirable
  • Experience in variant configuration using LO-VC or AVC
  • Reliable, systematic, and service-oriented approach to work
  • Experience with greenfield and brownfield rollouts in an R/3 or S/4HANA environment
  • Initiative, commitment, goal orientation, assertiveness, and strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Good process understanding and the ability to visualize processes in a structured and comprehensible manner
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
