Drive Manufacturing Transformation
At Kelvion, you will help shape the future of our manufacturing and warehouse operations as we advance our SAP S/4HANA transformation.
Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams, you will act as a trusted business partner, analyzing processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving digital transformation initiatives across our global operations.
Your Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify opportunities, and define solutions
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing, warehouse, quality, and supply chain processes
- Lead workshops, manage business requirements, and facilitate decision-making
- Translate business needs into scalable and sustainable solution concepts
- Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement across global locations
- Support and shape strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Strong SAP ERP customizing experience to support and enhance legacy SAP solutions (Production Planning plus one additional module) until retirement
- Collaborate on the integration of SAP Manufacturing solutions with surrounding systems such as MES, labeling and shopfloor technologies, ensuring seamless end-to-end process execution
- Collaborate with global business and IT teams to deliver measurable business value
Your Profile
- Strong business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management skills
- Broad functional SAP ECC knowledge with hands-on configuration experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain processes, and/or quality management environments
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, to modern SAP Manufacturing technologies such as SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Industrial IoT, and advanced shopfloor integration highly desirable
- Ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change in a collaborative manner
- Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent professional experience
