Responsibilities
- Drive product line strategy in collaboration with Field Engineering & Sales (FES) and support its execution.
- Identify and prioritize key project opportunities together with engineering and sales teams.
- Act as the technical expert for process engineering, thermal design, and product specifications.
- Prepare technical quotations and provide commercial support during the proposal phase.
- Ensure cost and schedule compliance throughout the quotation process.
- Serve as the key interface between Sales, R&D, Product Development, and Operations from inquiry to order placement.
- Support customer discussions, technical clarifications, and solution development.
- Analyze market trends and contribute to product and market development initiatives.
- Maintain quotation, customer, and order-related data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Document and share technical knowledge, product expertise, and application best practices.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a comparable technical discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of engineering experience, ideally within Power & Energy, Oil & Gas, or Chemical industries.
- Experience working in an international matrix organization and leading teams or cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, heat transfer, process engineering, and thermal design.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Collaborative team player with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in virtual, international environments.
- Highly motivated, resilient, assertive, and skilled at problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
