Job Description

Your responsibilities:

  • Own and drive our global technical documentation framework across all regions and product lines in order to maintain a high standard of compliance, clarity, and usability
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve documentation standards, templates, governance, and review processes
  • Ensure technical documentation meets customer requirements, applicable legal obligations, and relevant internal and external regulations, especially when it comes to publishing in different languages and formats, physically and digitally
  • Coordinate with regional teams, local engineering, product development, quality, service, and other stakeholders to align documentation content and processes
  • Monitor documentation quality, consistency, completeness, and timeliness
  • Lead initiatives to harmonize documentation practices globally while respecting local and regional requirements
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and risk assessments related to technical documentation
  • Identify process gaps and improvement opportunities and translate them into sustainable standards and workflows
  • Provide guidance, training, and support to teams involved in creating, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation



Your profile:

  • We are looking for someone with a strong quality mindset and a passion for clear, structured, and compliant documentation who brings a degree in Technical Communication, Engineering, Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in technical documentation, technical writing, documentation management, or a comparable project management role are a must
  • You are comfortable challenging existing processes and driving change in a constructive and pragmatic way, backed by your experience in establishing or managing documentation standards, quality frameworks, and governance processes
  • You have a good understanding of customer documentation requirements and regulatory expectations in an international business environment
  • You can build trust quickly and collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and locations through your strong project management skills and your ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines across regions
  • You have worked in cross-functional and global organizations
  • Your written and verbal communication skills in English are excellent; additional languages are an advantage
  • You have strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a structured and hands-on working style
  • You confidently work with AI, documentation tools, document control processes, and continuous improvement methods
