Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) - 12 month fixed term

 Your responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for selected specialist, management and senior roles in EMEA, with a particular focus on IT, Digital, Finance, Controlling, Accounting and Corporate Functions
  • Building relationships with Hiring Managers to understand the current and future needs of the business, helping to shape a proactive recruitment strategy accordingly, particularly for IT and Finance-related hiring needs
  • Actively developing talent pools through proactive searching and sourcing of talent using advertising, referrals, social media platforms, LinkedIn, professional networks, specialist communities and networking events
  • Creating and utilising best in class and innovative solutions to help fill niche and senior roles, especially in competitive IT, Digital and Finance talent markets
  • Managing the process with candidates from engagement to on boarding including offer process across all levels of the business, working with local HR teams ensuring compliance with all local employment law legislation
  • Securing talent that fits our company culture, adheres to the current needs of the business and role and future growth opportunities.
  • Acting as a true business partner to support local HR colleagues with recruitment opportunities, market insights and guidance on hiring feasibility
  • Proactively research market conditions, undertake competitor analysis, gain insight from peers, network, and via candidate relationships, including salary expectations, talent availability and competitor activity in relevant EMEA markets
  • Working with our Marketing team on recruitment branding, social media posts, and other ideas to raise our employer profile.
  • Enhancing our employee value proposition and refining our go-to-market strategy by collaborating closely with colleagues across the business
  • Driving the referrals program and networking events, with a focus on increasing access to qualified IT, Finance and Corporate Functions talent
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of research, reports, and intelligence in a centralized database

Your profile

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proven talent acquisition experience, minimum 5 years in search, agency, or in house, with a passion for the dynamic nature of recruitment including substantial time in house. Previous experience within search would be beneficial
  • Proven experience recruiting for IT and/or Finance roles, ideally across several EMEA markets
  • Experience working across the EMEA region and understanding of the regional talent markets
  • Solid understanding of typical profiles in IT, Digital, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Corporate Functions
  • Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies and solid understanding of recruitment best practices incl. suitability diagnostics and structured candidate assessment methods
  • Excellent communication skills with the confidence to interact with candidates, colleagues, Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing or products-based industry is highly desirable
  • Experience with ATS systems, e.g. SuccessFactors, and sourcing platform LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken; additional European languages are a strong asset
  • An organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisition with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • A passion for delivering a best-in-class candidate experience and continuously improving hiring strategies
  • The ability to document and present updates, market insights and candidate information with clarity, precision and flair
