Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung der Fachbereiche Finance & Controlling und Übersetzung von Geschäftsanforderungen in nachhaltige SAP-Lösungen.
  • Mitgestaltung der SAP S/4HANA-Transformation sowie des globalen Finance-Templates.
  • Customizing, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung von SAP FI/CO unter Sicherstellung einer nahtlosen Integration in SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA und angebundene Systeme.
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Finanzprozessen mit Fokus auf Effizienz, Standardisierung und Compliance.
  • Einsatz moderner SAP-Technologien wie Fiori, Automatisierung, Analytics und Integrationen zur Steigerung von Transparenz und Performance.
  • Mitarbeit oder Leitung von Implementierungen, Rollouts, Erweiterungen und Continuous-Improvement-Initiativen im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Durchführung von Workshops, Tests und Schulungen zur Förderung der Anwenderakzeptanz.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachbereichen, IT-Teams und externen Partnern weltweit.

Ihr Profil

  • Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich SAP FI/CO, idealerweise in einem internationalen Unternehmen oder Beratungsumfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im SAP FI/CO Customizing sowie in angrenzenden SAP-Modulen und Integrationen.
  • Erfahrung mit SAP ECC und SAP S/4HANA; Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition sind von Vorteil.
  • Gute Kenntnisse zentraler Finanzprozesse wie O2C, P2P und R2R.
  • Erfahrung mit SAP-Transformationen, Systemmigrationen oder hybriden SAP-Landschaften.
  • Eigenständige, proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Verantwortungsbereitschaft.
  • Ausgeprägte analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine lösungsorientierte Beratungskompetenz.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Excel, PowerPoint und Word.
  • Verhandlungssicheres Englisch sowie gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft für internationale Projekte.

Job Description

Your Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted partner to Finance and Controlling stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable and sustainable SAP solutions.
  • Support Kelvion’s SAP S/4HANA transformation by helping shape the global finance template and future system landscape.
  • Configure, optimize, and enhance SAP FI/CO while ensuring seamless end-to-end integration across SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, and related applications.
  • Analyze and improve financial processes, driving efficiency, standardization, compliance, and operational excellence.
  • Leverage modern SAP technologies such as Fiori, automation, analytics, and integrations to improve transparency and business performance.
  • Lead and support implementation projects, rollouts, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives in an international environment.
  • Plan and facilitate workshops, testing, training, and knowledge-sharing activities to drive user adoption and process excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to deliver future-ready SAP solutions across regions.

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years of experience in SAP Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), ideally within an international company or consulting environment.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in SAP FI/CO customizing and a solid understanding of related SAP modules and integrations.
  • Experience with SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; exposure to SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition is a plus.
  • Good understanding of core finance processes, including Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
  • Experience supporting SAP transformations, system migrations, or hybrid SAP landscapes is advantageous.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills combined with a solution-focused consulting approach.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Business-fluent English and willingness to travel occasionally to support international projects and stakeholder collaboration.
