Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie gestalten aktiv die Finance‑ und Controllingprozesse der Zukunft und beraten unsere internationalen und zentralen Fachbereiche auf Augenhöhe.
  • Sie entwickeln unsere SAP‑Landschaft weiter, indem Sie die Module FI und CO konfigurieren, optimieren und um smarte Schnittstellen zu anderen SAP‑Modulen ergänzen.
  • Sie durchleuchten bestehende Prozesse, identifizieren Potenziale und erstellen klare, praxisnahe Zielkonzepte, die echten Mehrwert schaffen.
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Customizing, setzen Änderungen strukturiert um und sorgen für höchste Qualität in Projekten und bei Optimierungen.
  • Sie bringen Wissen in die Organisation, indem Sie Trainings, Workshops und Tests durchführen und so unsere Key User nachhaltig stärken.
  • Sie treiben Innovationen voran, entwickeln neue Lösungen für fachliche Anforderungen und begleiten globale Rollouts und Optimierungsinitiativen.
  • Sie arbeiten cross‑funktional und international, koordinieren externe Berater und stehen im engen Austausch mit Kolleg*innen aus verschiedenen Bereichen.

Ihre Qualifikationen

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Sie bringen Berufserfahrung im SAP‑FI/CO‑Umfeld mit – idealerweise auch in der Projektarbeit auf Unternehmens‑ oder Dienstleisterseite.
  • Sie besitzen fundierte Kenntnisse im Customizing der SAP‑Module FI und CO sowie im Zusammenspiel angrenzender Module.
  • Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, Word und PowerPoint.
  • Sie zeichnen sich durch eine analytische, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Sie überzeugen durch Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und sind bereit, gelegentlich zu reisen.

Job Description

Your responsibilities

  • You will play an active role in shaping the finance and controlling processes of the future and advise our international and central departments as an equal partner.
  • You will further develop our SAP landscape by configuring and optimising the FI and CO modules and supplementing them with smart interfaces to other SAP modules.
  • You will scrutinise existing processes, identify potential and draw up clear, practical target concepts that create real added value.
  • You will take responsibility for customisation, implement changes in a structured manner and ensure the highest quality in projects and optimisations.
  • You will contribute knowledge to the organisation by conducting training sessions, workshops and tests, thereby strengthening our key users in the long term.
  • You will drive innovation, develop new solutions for business requirements and support global rollouts and optimisation initiatives.
  • You will work across functions and internationally, coordinate external consultants and maintain close contact with colleagues from various departments.

Your qualifications

  • You hold a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
  • You have professional experience in the SAP FI/CO environment – ideally also in project work on the corporate or service provider side.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of customising the SAP FI and CO modules, as well as the interaction between related modules.
  • You have excellent written and spoken German and English.
  • You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • You are characterised by an analytical, structured and service-oriented approach to work.
  • You demonstrate strong teamwork skills, excellent communication skills and initiative, and are willing to travel occasionally.
