Your Tasks:
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive spare parts strategy covering sourcing, inventory management, pricing, and lifecycle management
- Coordination of central and regional warehouses to ensure availability, cost control, and on-time delivery performance
- Definition and monitoring of governance structures for inventory management across all entities
- Leadership and development of a cross-site team of logistics, warehouse, and inventory management professionals
- Design and harmonization of end-to-end processes across the entire value chain, from demand planning to returns management
- Analysis and optimization of key KPIs such as inventory turnover, fill rate, stock-out ratio, transportation costs, and obsolescence
- Driving and execution of lean and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Development and maintenance of a standardized spare parts catalog with unified structure, classification, and descriptions
- Design and implementation of a digital spare parts webshop including ordering, payment, and tracking functionalities
- Implementation of digital solutions enabling real-time visibility of inventory and logistics processes
- Close collaboration with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and Service to integrate processes and optimize overall performance
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies as well as regulatory requirements in logistics and pricing
- Promotion of best-practice sharing across sites and organization of trainings and workshops
Your Qualifications:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Several years of experience in spare parts logistics or industrial supply chain, ideally in a B2B or capital equipment environment
- Strong knowledge of inventory optimization, warehouse management, and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar
- Experience in digital solutions, especially in spare parts webshop or e-commerce environments, is an advantage
- Proven experience in leading multi-site or international teams
- Strong analytical mindset with solid understanding of operational and financial KPIs
- Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus
- Willingness to travel regularly across the EMEA region
