Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams im Bereich Manufacturing suchen wir am Standort Herne ab sofort, unbefristet und in Vollzeit eine*n

 

                  Facility Specialist - Global Manufacturing Engineering (m/w/d)

 

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Definition und Weiterentwicklung globaler Standards für Gebäude-, Infrastruktur- und Versorgungssysteme

  • Sicherstellung von Sicherheit, Compliance und Brandschutz gemäß FM Global, ISO-Normen und lokalen Vorschriften

  • Technische Prüfung und Unterstützung von Investitions-, Umbau- und Renovierungsprojekten

  • Durchführung von Gebäude- und Anlagen-Audits sowie Lifecycle- und Zustandsbewertungen

  • Unterstützung der Standorte bei Infrastruktur-Upgrades und größeren Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen

  • Analyse und Optimierung von Infrastruktur- und Servicekosten (z. B. Energie, Flächen, Dienstleistungen)

 

Ihre Qualifikation:

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Bauingenieurwesen, Versorgungstechnik, Maschinenbau) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im industriellen Umfeld, idealerweise in Gebäudetechnik oder Facility Engineering

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in HLK-Systemen, elektrischen Anlagen und technischer Infrastruktur

  • Erfahrung mit CAD/BIM (z. B. AutoCAD, Revit) von Vorteil

  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, internationale Zusammenarbeit gewohnt

  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenständige Arbeitsweise

Job Description

To strengthen our Manufacturing team, we are looking to fill the following permanent, full-time position at our Herne site with immediate effect:

 

Facility Specialist – Global Manufacturing Engineering (m/f/d)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Define and further develop global standards for buildings, infrastructure, and utility systems

  • Ensure safety, compliance, and fire protection in line with FM Global requirements, ISO standards, and local regulations

  • Provide technical review and support for investment, conversion, and renovation projects

  • Conduct building and asset audits as well as lifecycle and condition assessments

  • Support sites with infrastructure upgrades and major maintenance activities

  • Analyze and optimize infrastructure and service costs (e.g. energy, space, services)

 

Your Profile:

  • Completed technical degree (e.g. civil engineering, building services engineering, mechanical engineering) or a comparable qualification

  • Several years of professional experience in an industrial environment, ideally in building technology or facility engineering

  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical installations, and technical infrastructure

  • Experience with CAD/BIM tools (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit) is an advantage

  • Very good command of English and accustomed to working in an international environment

  • Structured, analytical, and self-driven working style
