- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Thermal Engineering, or equivalent technical knowledge gained through practical experience.
- Strong technical understanding of product configuration, pricing logic, and database management.
- Experience working in agile software or product development environments.
- Knowledge of software/application design principles and a strong technical mindset with attention to detail.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in product configuration and database administration, ideally in an engineering or industrial software environment.
- Strong ability to work with databases (e.g., Access) and Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar systems for work tracking and collaboration.
- Fluent in English; an additional language is a plus.
- Strong technical and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex data and configuration logic.
- Good communication skills and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to different stakeholders.
- A collaborative, team‑oriented mindset combined with independence and responsibility in daily tasks.
- A proactive problem‑solver with structured working habits and high reliability.
