To strengthen our strategic HR function within Kelvion, we are looking for a:
Lead Expert Total Rewards & Global Mobility (m/f/d)
We are seeking a strategic and experienced HR leader to take on global functional responsibility for Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility and the HR support for top management.
What you will be responsible for:
- Lead the global Compensation & Benefits strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and market competitiveness.
- Oversee Global Mobility programs, including expatriate policies, international assignments, and compliance with local regulations.
- Provide high-touch, confidential HR support to top executives, ensuring seamless service delivery and strategic guidance.
- Manage and develop regional C&B experts, providing functional leadership and ensuring consistency in global practices.
- Collaborate with regional HR teams and external consultants to ensure effective implementation of compensation frameworks and mobility programs.
- Monitor global trends and regulatory changes in compensation, benefits, and mobility, and proactively adapt policies and practices.
- Drive continuous improvement in C&B processes, systems, and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.
- Partner with Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to ensure integrated and compliant reward solutions.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in a senior HR role with global responsibility for Compensation & Benefits and/or Global Mobility.
- Strong understanding of international HR practices, tax and legal implications of expatriate management.
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and providing strategic HR support at the top management level.
- Experience in a private equity or publicly listed company or in preparing for IPO, with strong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements is a plus.
- Blend of hands-on leadership style, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence across cultures and geographies.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
