As working student in PMO office, with focus of Manufacturing team, you are the all-round support pillar for Director PMO MFG. with help from your structured and proactive approach, she can always count on you as a reliable working partner.
Your tasks:
- You support in introduction and roll out of project management tool in Manufacturing team, especially Microsoft Planner and Power Apps
- You provide support in project planning, coordination, and follow-up of tasks and deadlines by using PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodologies.
- You consolidate required business data, business reports; maintain systems, files, and databases with a high degree of accuracy.
- You communicate effectively between the various departments to ensure optimal business operations.
- Being first point of contact between PMO team, Key users and External supplier to ensure smooth development and implementation process
- First-level user support: answering user inquiries and coordinating/escalating issues as needed
- Creation of user guides, documentation and training materials to support the tool roll-out
- Contribution to the enhancement of project management methodologies and the associated toolset
Your Qualifications:
- Ongoing studies in business-related fields such as business administration, project and/or process management, industrial engineering, or a comparable discipline – ideally with a focus on project or process management
- Proficient in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), with a strong technical interest and ideally first experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate) or Project for the Web
- Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and ability to work in a team; proactive and have excellent organizational skills
- A structured, analytical mindset combined with a conscientious and independent working style
- You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English. Additional German is an advantage
- You switch effortlessly between different responsibilities, you come up with solutions, and you always remain positive.
