Tasks

  • Provide technical support to internal Sales and Service colleagues for service-related inquiries and customer requirement.
  • Prepare service quotations based on customer specifications, product conditons, and application needs.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for external partners and end-customers to clarify requirements and propose solutions.
  • Align internally with Product, Management, Engineering, Planning and other relevant departmenst on lead times, availability and technical feasibility.
  • Ensure timely and accurate handling of requests, contributing to high customer satisfaction and commercial success.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product portfolio, serice solutions and related technical documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement of quotation tools, templates and internal processes.

Qualification

  • Completed technical or commercial vocational training (e.g. industrial mechanic, mechatronics engineer, industrial clerk).
  • At least 5-7 years of professional experience in technical sales/support, customer service or a similar position in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Technical understanding of plate heat exchangers and service requirements would be an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in cross-departmental collaboration and in working with customers.
  • Structured and detail-oriented approach to work with a practical mindset.
  • Confident use of Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics and SAP.
  • Good written and spoken English skills; other languages are an advantage.
