As a working student in Human Resources, you will not only develop an understanding of basic HR activities, but also take an active role in the implementation of projects within the team.
Your tasks:
- You support the international application process (from the job advertisement to the final interview)
- You accompany the candidates through the onboarding process until their first day of work
- You support employer branding (e.g. trade fairs, schools, websites, social media)
- You evaluate HR KPIs to support the HR strategy
- Organization of training courses, further education
- You provide support with fleet management
- Collaboration on general tasks such as creating certificates, updating organizational charts
Your skills:
- Student of a business administration or similar degree program, ideally with a focus on HR management
- Ideally, you already have some work experience in the HR department
- You work in a structured and organized manner
- Communication is your strength
- You are fluent in English
- Confident with MS Office and Teams
- You work independently, our HR team will support you in your tasks
